I didn't like magnesium... I didn't use it, I couldn't handle it.

See magnesium is contained in Epson salts and laxatives just to name a few.

In Epson salts bath it relaxes the body getting in the skin via the Epson salt water.

In laxatives, it gets in the stomach orally or by enema.

The problem is that those applications weaken the body.

That's not so good, as when I tried to detox I was struggling to gather some STRENGTH.

Besides heavy metal poisoning usually leads to worm and parasites infestations. One of the clear symptom of worms/parasites is diarrhea. Magnesium just adds oil to the fire and increase the diarrhea.

So next time someone tells you magnesium is good against heavy metal poisoning, do yourself a favor and kick their ass. If you listen to them you won't be able to lift your leg any longer....

Niacin, Glutathione, Taurine are doing a much better job than magnesium. And it gives some peps!
