I wouldn't tell you that running alone will detox from heavy metal poisoning... That would be a little simplistic to understand the detox process.

I just would like to remind the virtues of oxygenating the body: regain of energy and ....oxydation of heavy metals aka.... detox and breakdowns of heavy metals for easy evacuation.

See mercury is naturally used for sticky and bonding, this is why it was used by mad hatters and dentists, to respectively bond hats and teeth.

Unfortunately it also sticks to tissues, neurons and other colon walls.

Now with the chemical reaction known as oxydation...mercury changes it's chemical formula into a non-sticky, easy dispensable molecule that can easily evacuated via the regular means ( urine, bowel movements, and sweat to name a few)
