Yogic exercises and yoga in general are great to slowly and gradually take your detox a little deeper, a little further, as a eastern master.

See heavy metals store themselves in the cell level, with time they get deeper and tissues form on top of them. So to chelate them you got to squeeze them,you go to push them, a stretch is a great way to accomplish this next level detox.

I highly recommend doing Yoga before starting any kind of heavy exercises, body building, muscle toning, etc...
