The technique is called "oil pulling" and there is extensive advice on it on several internet sites. The one I most enjoy is the Curezone site dealing with "oil pulling."

I have been doing this for over a month now. I feel that it has greatly helped me particularly with mercury in the mouth -- I have many silver amalgam fillings unfortunately, so my mercury toxic load is heavy.
I also eat a good bit of fresh cilantro and use detox kits, etc. I just discovered chlorella and have begun to take it as well. I'm still on my path to wellness. Hope your journey is successful. Wish me luck!
