I would like to share with you. Something I experienced, tested, during my detox.
It took me years to come up with it. And some of you might say I could have read that in a scientific article.
But it’s not just what common scientific knowledge knows, anyway here it is:
The body needs some supplements to be well, such as vitamins, minerals, foods, water.
I find out in my detox years of
bliss, joys misery that it takes a very small quantity of a given supplement to be well. Sometimes it’s a combination of supplements.
But there is a catch and that’s where the doctors are unfortunately before the time of the Great Medicine. What I refer to as the Great Medicine, is this time in the future where instead of taking pills we will have a sensor in our body that measures our body chemistry in real-time, this chip will have a few set of essential supplements it will release to keep the body always in perfect harmony and balance). Right now the doctors do the role of the chip, it’s not real-time, it’s as frequent as you go to the doctor.
The body is such a complex and magical machinerie, that I will use the analogie of the flap of the wing of a butterfly that creates a tornado on the other side of the globe.
Now that you felt better say taking, DMSA, Iron, Zinc, Ala ( Alpha Lipoic Acid), Glutathione, what have you. You have to do all the work again… because everything changed. And now what helped you yesterday is going to make you worse today.
For example, I had GREAT results, taking DMSA and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) for about an entire year. It was like being healed, such as if heavy metal poisoning was a easily clogged plumbing pipe, DMSA with ALA was my draino. I could go to work, feel fantastic, until it didn’t help at all. It may be because I was free of heavy metal already as I found out 6 months later with tests.
Another example is that Zinc used to make me very anxious, now it makes me sleepy.
So what’s the answer, well there is muscle testing ( Ref. video “Support vs Help - Muscle Testing”).
Which is a way to tap into the body knowledge of what’s good for you. This is not mystical, although it sounds like it when first introduced to the concept. It works.
It works the same way as when you have a bad feeling about something and you can’t explain why…EXCEPT it’s a trustworthy body feedback.
Sometimes your mind says yes and your body says know.
For example about chocolate… Your mind might say “Yum” and your body might say ‘Chocolate Gluten is killing me’ Muscle testing is a way to bypass the mind to know what’s good for you, not based on beliefs or preconceptions but based on the present moment.. which is the all important philosopher’s stone of detox, since I remind it to you one more time…Detox is a process, not an event.
