First of all thank-you for your feedback considering my site did not
appear like a real site, and looked full of virus.
Please let me know what exactly caused this suspicious bad impression. I
know my site needs work but I would love to start with what what is the
most deterrent if possible.
Most importantly your email shows great concerns for your son. You have my
To answer your question, regarding who I am and how do I know what to do.
I will start by what I am not: a doctor.
It serves as a disclaimer that I do not have any medical background.
I am now a 36 year old individual who was having a normal life until one
morning I was not able to go to work. I shown extreme symptoms of heavy
metal poisoning. It was back in 2005. Back there was no books and very
little information regarding the detox of heavy metals.
My symptoms were body movement disorders, between others. I could not
drive any more. Also I had difficulty thinking and reasoning. You haven't
mentioned anything in that area so I will assume this is not a concern.
So I went to see a doctor, then many, I had chelations, and the same as
you experienced with your son, it did not have the effect to the levels,
even close, required to get better.
I don't know what to do, what I do know is what worked for me and what
didn't. I know what it took me, what was irrelevant, how painful it is,
what progress looks like, what looks bad but works, what feels good but is
bad for detox, to name a few.
What I learnt what is the difference between giving hope and supporting, I
learnt the difference between helping and supporting, I know how the close
people around the victim of heavy metal poisoning can be part of their
support system or their greatest burden in their detox progress.
Compared to doctors, I am not coming from a theoretical approach but an
experiential one. I found 90% of very logical and promising theories
simply did not work.
It sounds good but it does not do anything. The body is on the physical
plane, Logic is on the mental plane. What tastes good, say chocolate, is
not necessarily good for the body or for detox.
In other words what I am saying is that if your son wants to do apparent
madness, let him, support him. Don't try to help him trying to tell him
The body knows what to do and logical very accepted things don't work.
Detox takes all you got, 100% commitment and dedication. Madness is the
body trying to get better, trying to let go of all this widespread
nonsense thrown at us by authority figures, media or good willed friends
full of advices.
I had to walk out in the Massachusetts winter cold. Why? I don't know. But
it helped me and was part of my detox process. It turned out I found a job
that very day just doing that. I wanted to detox, get better, I found a
job instead. Don't be smarter than the universe, trust the process. It
turned out that I needed to get going even though the closest people
around me wanted me to stay in bed an extra year. This job supported my
detox. I could detox and not think about it. Next thing you know I was
healed. It did not happen, it was part of the process.
I experienced the issues you are reporting, having to pee frequently,
incredibly tensed muscles, I never head of trigger points specifically but
experienced the knots of pain that need light, warmth, love, gentle rubs
to unlock. Testicular pain was not my main concerns. At most I had a sore
point in my right testicle.
I am not sure his hair and other tests will help me at this stage.
Regardless, feel free to share them with me.
Here is what I would do: a colon cleanse.
Very simple, so simple, it defies intelligence and nobody does it. It
takes just a few minutes a day and your son can go about running his life
while he gets better.
Based on my experience my heavy metal detox did not take off, was a waste
of time, and dangerously worsen my situation until I did a colon cleanse.
This is by far the major learning I had in years trying to get better. It
was most definitely the primary thing I had to do.
Any chelation prior this initial colon cleanse got me worse, I explain it
by the fact that about 80% of heavy metals are stored in the digestive
system, the body trying to expel them but they get stuck there because of
their sticky properties ( lead and mercury are industrially used as glue
If you start chelating prior to a detox cleanse, you just stir the large
majority of heavy metals stuck in the digestive system, back into the
blood stream, with potentially harmful consequences.
Remember that detox is a process and not an event.
Consequently, regarding the pain; whatever helps your son as he did in the
past like the deep tissue massage. It's important to keep some areas of
body pleasure and pain relief. Please support your son and don't
necessarily try to help him. He knows own pace. This is a journey he's got
to make at his own pace. Every step is necessary.
If detoxing adds more pain, it's overdone. They are plenty of colon
cleanse out there, find one that is appealing and do it gently,
consistently, as long as healthily possible.
