Milk Thistle
A flower. Great liver detoxifier. Once you get the heavy metal moving. before they find their exit via urine, stools, swet, cries, snort or breath. They might just get hung up in the filter of the human body. Milk thistle is the agent that will get them circulate and follow their route outside of you.


Saunas
Skin is one of the favorite way out of heavy metals. So turn on the heat and swet. Drink water and vitamin C in the process. Stop before you get diarhea from vitamin C or magnesium. Before you start the sauna, rub your skin with a exfoliating bath glove while your skin is dry. So it irritates the skin just a bit. It will improve the evacuation threw the pores, which will be more open. Don't get too red though. Just a bit, on the whole body but genitals.

Let it cool down and add a conconction of EDTA in it ( 650 mg/ 1 cap) and milk thistle. You will get high on the cafeine and it will clean out your bille real good. Hot Hydrogen Peroxyde salts bath. Try to stay 30 min to 1 hour if you can. You can combine the epson salts bath with the hydrogen peroxyde bath. It's safe. Use the exfoliating bath glove described in the sauna section above, combine your bath with Epson Salts if you want. If your skin gets white, you use too much Hydrogen Peroxyde. Your skin shouldn't change color besides redish from the hot water.
